#1 Packing Secret

The tickets are purchased. Activities are planned. You eagerly await the big day. Then comes the part we all dread. Packing. Here’s how you can make it painless. Ask a few questions:
1. How many days will you be gone?
2. Will you have access to laundry?
3. What types of activities will you do?
4. Will you do more than one activity a day?
5. What will the weather be like where you’re traveling?

Once you’ve answered these questions, make a plan. If you have access to laundry only pack 1 outfit for 1/2 the days you plan on traveling. Make your pieces mix so you can create more than 1 outfit with the clothes you bring. Lay the clothing out by day so you can see how they will look and how they can mix. Once you are happy with choices, try to get rid of one outfit (we tend to pack at least one outfit we don’t really need). When you’re ready to pack, roll the outfits up by day. Rolling allows you to maximize the space in the suitcase. Hopefully, these tips will help you make light work of packing to you can focus on the excitement and relaxation of our trip.
